Thomas Parisch is a composer and oboist currently living in Los Angeles. A native of Stuttgart, Germany, he earned a degree in Music Theory and Oboe in his home country before furthering his musical education in jazz and film music in the USA at Berklee College of Music and at USC’s Thornton School of Music. A laureate of the 2009 ASCAP Film and Television Scoring Workshop, his work can be heard in feature films, documentaries, commercials, TV shows and video games. A composer of concert music as well, his work was recently featured at the 8th Beverly Hills International Chamber Music Festival. Mr. Parisch has also worked as an orchestrator on many Hollywood films.
In 2008, with composing partner, Laurent Ziliani, he co-founded PearUp Media http://www.pearupmedia.com, a music production company based in Los Angeles.
